I have 30 years of data and insight experience across the commercial and charity sectors.
Early in my career I led the in-house data and insight teams at Greenpeace UK, UNICEF UK, and Oxfam GB for 12 years in total. My teams provided decision support to fundraising leaders who were driving high-growth programmes, pioneering techniques that are widespread in charities today. I supported fundraising and finance directors through many planning cycles.
In 2011 I joined Reward, a dynamic commerce media business. Over 12 years as Director of Data & Insight I built a team to deliver big data analytics, and drove profitable outcomes for a growing list of clients including American Express, Monzo, NatWest, Virgin Money, Boots, Caffè Nero, H&M and Waitrose. My team provided decision insight guiding the allocation of $2 billion of rewards to consumers.
I have delivered over twenty discrete consulting engagements for UK charities, including five during 2025.
I hold a BA Economics (Cambridge) and an MSc Operational Research (Lancaster).
