What I don't do

My service is fully bespoke, and responsive to the unique needs of your organisation. 

That being said, I’m not the right fit if you need:

• Regular reporting - I don’t provide business-as-usual reporting or dashboard maintenance 

• Incremental optimisation - My focus is bringing clarity to your strategic trade-offs, rather than incremental testing, model scoring and tuning.

• Embedded data analyst capacity - I deliver where you have time-bound decision needs, rather than open-ended insight requirements. 

These are all important activities, but they are not my focus.
